OKLAHOMA CITY –The University of Oklahoma’s Max Westheimer Airport in Norman was recently named the 2011 “Airport of the Year” by the Oklahoma Airport Operators Association.  Walt Strong, the airport’s administrator, was tabbed the 2011 “Airport Manager of the Year.”
